What's that red and green berry looking thing on Sue's necklace? It's pretty and it suits her, but I've never been able to figure out exactly what it was.
What do you guys think?

It's a clown nose complete with a leaf mustache. Sue wears it on her face when she entertains at children's parties. She works part time as "Maple," the environmentally-conscious clown. Kids hate her.
On the incredibly small chance that I am wrong about this, if it is a berry, does that make Sue a Pokemon?

Sue is secretly a drug dealer. Her necklace is to let the addicts know what she is. It is composed of two pills and two marijuana leaves, both cleverly disguised as a mistletoe.
The series ends with a climactic confrontation between her and the police. She barricades herself and two hostages, Mike and Paulo, within the walls of the high school. Lucy and Daisy would have been with them if Sue haden't decapitated them and hung their body parts from atop the school as a warning to the police. They storm the building. The teargas-polluted air is enough to prevent Sue from eliminating both her hostages, but she manages to get a lucky shot on Mike in the confusion.
The night ends, Lucy and Daisy are dead, Mike bleeds to death on the way to the hospital, and Paulo, having nobody to go to since JasminexDavid is 100% otp, embraces Abraham, confessing his undying love for him in front of hundreds of spectators and their local news crew. This is a 100 page chapter of course.

On a serious note, I'm pretty sure it is a mistletoe. If you don't trust me, ask Taeshi. She's the one who draws the necklace (duh!).

You kiss under mistletoe. That would mean Paulo would be trying to kiss Sue's chest. No matter how badly he may be thinking with his crotch instead of his brain, I'm sure that even PAULO knows that's probably a bad idea.
