The rest of the soundtrack will be linked nearer the time, when all placeholder music has been sussed.
This looks like an interesting project. I have to wonder though, why wasn't I ever contacted about the use of my song? I don't remember hearing from anyone, and my NG inbox doesn't, either... (although the fact that the version in the project is "slightly higher quality" suggests someone asked me at some point) I understand that I posted it as creative commons, but it's still nice to know when my music gets used. It seems that Ubertoast is the one behind this project, so if that's the case I'd love to hear from you through email: os.obsidiansnow@gmail.com
No worries, just mostly want to know what's going on.

I understand you, I have some creative commons songs on the net, and if someone used them I would love to be informed. Just to be glad of hearing that someone likes my work.

Anyways, if he did ask you and you missed/forgot it, then it's all good. Either way, the song is pretty awesome and I'm glad you made it in the first place.

That's not unusual.
Charlie Sheen is a synonym for 'bleh'.
Also, for crack.

It's not done yet. There's a closed beta and an open alpha, so if you want to scroll back a few pages you should be able to find the latter. That version's a long way from what Uber's tuned it up to now, though.

First and foremost, the project is on semi-hold for the minute, due to various factors. The main thing here being I have no time as of present, having exams to study for, paperwork to fill in for the government, and generally feeling crappy. Obviously this means I have little time to work on this. However, I say semi-hold because this shares an engine with one of my commercial projects, which I have been upgrading the hell out of when I do have free time. Obvious advantages here are obvious.
Now, a second factor in why I haven't done anything the last couple of months is the fact I have a massive hard-drive crash at the end of March on the drive I had the game stored on. This means I lost almost all assets for the game, including scripts, voices, etc. etc. Luckily I had a backup of the engine [the BCB game has it's own separate drive (10GB of project files, derp)], so all is well and it should be a lot easier for me to get back up to speed next month after my exams. This is also a great opportunity for voice actors and writers - if they weren't happy with something they did before, they can make the changes and resend (not that they couldn't have anyway).
Now, for some other kinda pluggy news - in the next few days (possibly in a week or two) there'll be a game released on my website for about $5 [for BCBers - otherwise $10]. Now, the prime purpose of this is not to line my pockets - some of you might remember I wasn't all that happy about having people help with this for free due to it being a continuing project with lots of work involved. Therefore, any cash generated by that game [which itself has nothing to do with BCB] will be used ONLY to say "thanks bro" to the people who help, and maybe buy them new equipment to help with their roles. Obviously buying it is optional but y'know.
Aaaand in the meantime that's it. Estimated date for full resume: 30th May.

Quoted for truth. More than anything, it was to assess compatibility across the spectrum of hardware, and work out kinks in the engine.
