This seems as though we are on opposite sides of the same metaphorical see-saw, however I do not recommend telling him bluntly in the period of two weeks (over the course of a few weeks to months after you get to know him is fine).
If he knows you as a friend, see if he wants a relationship. If not, it's probably not the best idea.
If he barely knows you; only by name, ease into it and don't rush it.
The only reason I'm telling you this is because this is now apparently a discussion thread.
Oh and your art is fine too....

And Visionary, Ill see what I can do. I would like to say I DO take requests. And just ahead of time, I apoligize if it comes out badly; I haven't drawn a dog in a while.

This is my first attempt at drawing a German Shepherd puppy. I may end drawing another one, but hopefully this will please you(Visionary) long enough to give me time to draw a better one. Thanks.
PS I wasn't sure if you wanted it realistic or cartooney, so I just drew it cartooney because I draw better that way.

And yes, I expected it to don't be realistic at all. Either way practice brings perfection, so who knows? Maybe it'll not take long for your capacity for drawing dogs to improve.

Seriously, I'm impressed for that wolf of yours.
I'm looking forward for your next artworks.

If landscapes ever give you trouble, it's not cheating to use reference pics.

I believe the legs are a little too skinny, the jaw a bit small and the lining not as solid as I'd recommend, but your art is fine overall.

I love the grass, it looks grassy. I can never draw grass, it ends up looking prickly.
Not forgetting the doggies, the are cute!

So I was doodling and I made a messy comic. Unfortunly, my Wacom tablet was acting up, so the comic came out poorly. I still think it's kinda cute, though.

And then, I got the idea to try and redraw the last panel and color it in. By that time my Wacom Tablet was actually working, so it came out pretty well. Enjoy.

PS I bet you can guess who the guy is.

I'm not trying to say you're doing anything wrong, in fact I'm merely pointing you in an interesting direction to take this style/concept.

If you want criticism, their necks. Period. That's the one nagging thing about it. Sure there's other things to improve on, but necks is the most stand out bad thing. Other then that, I love it, and wish for you to continue this comic series!

You know, you really are amazing for your age. I'd keep up what you're doing, and soon enough you'll be a really good artist. Just always try and stay focused, because some of those panels are fantastic, but there a few where it looks like you rushed over them a bit. The panels, as well, are a bit scribbled and you would do well to make them bigger; it would do your characters, who are totally squee, a lot more justice.
