Weiß Magische Kunst DieWeiBRitter's Fan Art Forum/Blog/Posts

So. Ich Die Weiß Ritter! I decided to create a special topic to keep people updated on any of the fan arts that I do for BCB. Let's see what happens. I don't have anything new to post for now, but here is my latest update on Candybooru:

EDIT: I decided that I will take requests. I absolutely refuse to do anything considered "Not Safe For Work," but I am open to ideas.

Guten Abend, freunden! I'm back in Texas and ready for action. While abroad, I did a coulple of BCB fan arts. I intended to do more, but ended up working on my own comic during my free time. Here is one that I did that I'm particularly proud of.

Why is is still just pencil outlines? Because of two things: 1. German color pencils SUCK! and 2. Because I'm proud of this one. I'll color it in this week and then upload it to Candybooru.

So... here is an edit that I did. For some reason, it keeps vanishing from Candybooru. I don't know if it is technical problems on my end or if the admins keep taking it down, but I hope that someone will tell me if it's the latter so I don't drive myself insane reposting it. If you don't quite get the joke, "Ich bin ein Berliner" is a famed quote from U.S. President John Kennedy when he visited West Berlin during the Cold War. It translates as "I am a Berliner." The problem is, a "Berliner" is also a type of jelly doughnut in Germany. When adding the "ein," JFK basically said he was a doughnut.

I love Feline Filibuster, mostly because it reflected almost every student election I was ever involved with. The only part missing was the "Berliner" line. I did a paraphrase in one of my own speeches. A friend who got the reference then stood up and shouted, "WHAT FLAVOR?" Hence, the edit. Enjoy!!!

The admins delete edits they consider to be bad.

Sometimes yes, but mostly the edits posted on candybooru need to look like they had a lot of effort put into them. If you just have 4 panels that are the exact same and change the wording around a bit you can send them to the edits thread.

This, of course, brings up the question of exactly why the people of Berlin kept screaming and yelling their support for him for so long after he said this. :smirk:

@ Sammy & Junior Boomer: Thank you for clearing that up. I can retain that shread of sanity *logs onto RC* ... and it's gone again. 8-)

No, I am sorry to say that I have never visited Berlin. I was in Frankfurt for, oh, ten hours once, though. Was flying through~

Well, another battery of exams, another BCB fanart. I decided to branch out from my usual Code Geass cosplay works and into something else. The result was this all-out Hellsing drawing.

Hellsing/BCB Cosplay

I started working on this mostly with a desire to draw Jasmine again. I don't know how others feel, but I think Jazz is just a fun, cool cat to work with. I somehow linked her with "Mischief Night," which included Paulo and Lucy as vampires and my mind suddenly went, "THAT'S IT!!! JAZZ AS SERAS AND PAULO HAS ALUCARD!!!!" Then I squeed for five minutes. In retrospect, I may have gone a bit overboard with this drawing. I had several ideas and decided that if I was going to do this, I'd do it right.

One thing that try to do while drawing these is use the BCB canon interactions and compare/contrast them with those in the anime I'm using. In the case of this one, starting with Paulo as Alucard because of his general bad-ass, sexy awesomeness; next is Jazz, for her sassy, younger toughness and the link with Paulo. Next, I thought of adding Tess as Integra because, well, she seems like the girl who really knows how to push Paulo in the right way (I mean that in a good way). Finally, I thought about a rivalry. Alucard has Anderson; Paulo has Abbey.

For fans of my work (by my optimistic estimates, the two of you out there), I decided that I might take requests. I absolutely refuse to do anything considered "Not Safe For Work," but I am open to ideas.

Paulo wishes he was as bad ass as Alucard, also he chases too much ass to be a good Alucard, but the work is nice though, really caught the Hellsing feeling

@ Lark: Why thanks! :D I spent a good three hours planning to make sure it had the Hellsing feel, so I'm glad it paid off.

Wow... I guess I need to draw more to keep this page up and around. Oh well. Here's a new BCB cosplay of mine!

BCB/FMA Cosplay I

I've been on a Fullmetal Alchemist kick for a short time, and I somehow came up with this. I'm not quite sure how. Just enjoy!
