I know this question's probably been asked, but how does one obtain a title? Is it just arbitrarily assigned to certain users at the whims of Taeshi and SuitCase, or something?

Suitcase just gives them to people for his own amusement. Take Triplesmex's title; he kept on trying to upload a picture of himself, so Souppy gave him his title.
