The quest concept is rather simple, and it is non canon. I hope that this is not a problem, this quest is for everyone to have fun.

As for quest times, it'll be after 10:00pm GMT, so I -think- that's around 5-6pm EST? Not 100% sure but if you're around for that time I should be getting things started.

Really can't see anything wrong here. Approved. I will say transmutation is seen as a little creepy by the population at large (for obvious reasons) but is not outright rejected. Throw in some noble privilege and sure why not~
Though I might have to caution the next few transmuters we get against it less we end up with a room full of the things. But I think we can manage 2.5 of them hmm?

Admittedly, the backstory still needs a bit of a polish, but mostly in detail (she is liable to stay for more than just three in-game years). That I will take as it comes, though.

Patience- Miming is an art. Art takes time.
Appearance:
Fleur is a domestic shorthair with white gloves, white chest and a white face with long black hair she keeps draped over one eye. She frequently wears a beret of her homeland.
History:
Fleur started life as a rather boisterous little girl. She spent her days running through the countryside of Buteur, having a normal life. When she turned 16 she decided to leave home with her parents blessing to travel to a larger town to find work and possibly a husband. The simple life.
While on her journey however she was forced to take shelter in a cave due to storms. Inside the cave she found a strange artifact which seemed rather innocuous at the time, however when she touched it a strange power went over her. She could feel her throat constricting and when it was over she was dismayed to find her voice was stolen. In a fit of rage she smashed the artifact, but her condition was not cured.
Still reeling in shock she hurried to the closest village but was thrown out because she couldn't speak. Wallowing in shame she walked out of the village but was followed by two men. When they confronted her pushed back against them, unconsciously trying to wall herself off, and when they advanced they found themselves stopped by an unseen object. Taking the chance, she ran off.
Slowly she came to realize what the artifact had done to her and she began to take control of her power, shaping her imagination into reality. However, despite what she did she could never find somewhere that really accepted her for anything more than the occasional show she'd perform for coin. Feeling disheartened over the years, she only found a ray of hope when she heard of the Guild of Fair River and their very few questions asked, non JUDGMENTAL, and friendly guild master. Taking the coin she had, she spent all of it on a ship and travel fare, finding her future at the Guild.

Both characters look fine and are approved~
@hal123
Yeah more then a few problems here. Where to start?
First your Combat stats:You have -18- points to spread between ATT DEF and VIT, yours currently add up to 22.
HP is equal to (Vit)x3 and your starting fate points are always 2 not 3.
Your Noncombat-stats on the other hand are suppose to add up to -30- yours add up to 26 so they're a we bit too low. Also the -most- you can have in any one Noncombat stat is -9- and you must have a minimum of -3- in each one (meaning you'll need to change your perception and IQ)
You get -three- special moves you presently have only two.
Last but not least... try to give as basic background if you can, and actually state what race Charlie here is?
I'd suggest re-reading the rules just for the sake. It doesn't seem you quite got them on the first read through.
@ACE
Heavens we've had performer based characters before but this ones a bit over the top/blatant isn't it? I'll have to think about this one Ace ^_^;

If there are things you do not understand, then feel free to go here - that is a direct link to the #bcbgamesOOC room - and ask questions of the people there. You may have to wait for answers, of course, since people are not always available, but quite a few will readily help you out, should you go there. ^_^

Well then. Everything's in order and I can't find a thing wrong with it. Characters approved~ Though expect the occasional horrid sonic joke (at least you didn't make him a hedgehog huh?)
Though if possible I'd like to know how you'd like him described in the quick ref. Something short and simple. Similar to the other characters there.

I want to run a PvP arena quest, possibly this Saturday (if people are available), if not then some weekend. The concept is an exhibition match, set up by the guild as both entertainment and to show off some of their members’ prowess. Two teams and a maximum of 5 members per team, there does not need to be a full 5, so long as the teams are equal in size. Let me know via the forums, or skype if you want to join.
Team 1: comprised entirely of magic users, those who prefer to use their minds in battle
1: Wandolin (Fabian)
2: Nia Xin Ho (Vinsionary)
3: Sai (Kou)
4:
5:
Team 2: comprised entirely of mundane warriors, those who use their strength of body to fight
1: Nathanial (Blazer)
2: Lin Xun (Haku)
3: Leonora (Ucro)

Okay Leonardo De La Marca is perfectly fine. Though I will note Vanguard is primiarly a god of the -south-. Yes the Yashos have friendly justice loving gods you know. Though he does have churches in Caignwell, so it's perfectly reasonable for him to join. The character is approved! No problems at all sir.
Theron on the other hand.... we've discussed this weapon Prodigy: move of yours before:It doesn't make sense. He should be able to pull out any weapon he chooses whenever he wants. Heat of battle or no it doesn't make sense for it to be randomized like it is. Similarly the extra rolling would just be a hassle half the time.
Just replace the two quirks with equipment change and dabbler. It'd be much cleaner. You can still fluff him as using multiple weapons, you don't NEED to have mechanics representing it.
Also I'm going to need to know all his super secret background stuff to make sure nothing is out of place. PM it to me here when possible.

When the party is attacked with multi he is hit twice, but, in exchange he may make two hits when using parting strike.
For a 7/4/7, probably would not get parting strike all that often.

Well as for the quirk? Honestly? It looks a bit. Well under-powered if anything. You're getting essentially one extra attack with the trade off being regular extra beat downs (as multiattacks are quite common on enemies!). Going to have to think about how to fix that one. Sorry for the delayed responce, I wasn't sure what to do with it at first <3~
As for the gallery? that should be quite handy <3~ thank you sir. Have a fatepoint on the house.

Welp, that's what happens when I try to dodge the original quirk's drawbacks... anyway, I gave up the multiple weapons thing. Seemed cool back there, but I'd rather have him using just a cliché sword now. Here

1: Your HP should be 3X your vitality (thus 21)
Nevermind, I see you did just add them to your SMs, might want to make it clear that they are lightning/ice elemented by putting it in brackets at the end though.
3: You have 18 combat points and the healer quirk. The latter should mean you only have 16 available.

Well I see nothing wrong with it rules wise. I will say it's very unlikely you'll get very much use out of perfect strike with only 4 ATT. I'd recommend taking Sure strike, Charge attack, or Frenzy if you want an attack that'll give you some temporary offence on a support build like yours. I'd strongly recommend taking 'Freeze' over disable for the same reasons, as with 4 ATT disable just won't hit reliably enough to be worth it.
@Everyone
Right then. Some 'minor' SM changes for everyone's enjoyment
First Retaliation and shield bash are no longer based on combat stats in anyway. Your attack is simply automatically set to 12 when they're used
Desperation strike may now be used as a 'One turn' charge attack (rolling 2dATT) instead of the 'set to an automatic 10' making it more useful for high ATT characters. Though the 10 is still an option <3~
Sure strike now has ATT set to 7. Not 6.
Parting strike has been boosted considerably. Given the fact your character has to be -knocked out- to use it. It now essentially has the same stats as desperation strike.
Absorb now heals twice the difference between DEF/ATT. As it was before... Reinforce healed just about as much, and was more reliable. This should work out better. Making Reinforce the VIT characters choice for reactive healing and Absorb the DEF characters choice.
Never miss Only ignores SMs that would prevent it from doing damage. Such as negate, redirect, and so forth. It does -not- prevent SMs such as bind, or retaliation.
Perfect strike now ignores defensive SMs and protect.

It'd.. probably be unwise yeah. We do have one character who's mute, but they can at least understand other people, and write. While it would be interesting at first... it'd get tedious after a while for most players.
