Your Favorite Chapter - Tournament Style! - Another Shoulder is victorious!

Alright, it's time to settle it all. This is YOUR favorite chapter in the whole of BCB, decided by none other than YOU!

Rules are simple: Every two days at around 8PM-10PM (GMT +8), I'll put up a poll for two chapters from the BCB canon to be decided upon. It is then your duty to vote for your preferred chapter out of the two. Voting for those two chapters end at around 8PM-10PM (GMT +8) after the two-day voting period. Votes are then reset and the poll will be open again with another two chapters as the options. This cycle repeats itself until the best chapter reigns supreme.

Correct. This is why I tested out how versatile the poll system is first to see if I could erase votes and use only one thread. :smirk:

I was actually planning to make this a Heal or Hurt game but then thought 70+ entries would be annoying to keep up with.

why not just put the ark names up and then people will vote for their favorite ark, then put the chapters of the ark up after a week of voting?

It was a close one but Humble Approach gets the win over Farewell, Middle School with a 8-6 win.

Well, some chapters don't really have arcs so that's already a problem. And second, it's a chance to see how much people like a specific chapter. I do random picks when I'm bored and some of the match-ups were really nice (ex. Confrontation vs. Another Path). If we do an arc specific vote, it wouldn't be as exciting.

Though Out of the Frame putsstarts putting Sue back under sweet light of 'main character',

I can't vote against To the Top. It shows Sandy as a human being, with problems to be solved, not just like a mindless character that serves to be the comic's drama anchor.

Confrontation is a nice big comic. And is so deep in the 'main' plotline that I can't vote for Up to Bat.

Let it be known that Up to Bat is a nice, funny little chapter.
It won't proceed because it's competing against Confrontation.

It's like going in a Super Street Fighter 4 tournament and fighting Daigo Umehara in the first round. Sad thing.

I went for comedy this time around. Confrontation (at least the newest version) was a standout among those chapters that dealt entirely with drama, and I do not think Troubled Waters quite compares to it. The Burden of Parenthood, however, had that fun development of Paulo, as well as a rather entertaining sequence with the teacher. ^_^

Of course, Tess' surprise and getting fucked in the ass's excusement were rather entertaining, too. And the drama, although in my opinion not quite up to par with Confrontation or Another Shoulder, is good. But I still gave my vote for The Burden of Parenthood.
