My two dogs are asleep. One is snoring and the other is sneezing.
Wait. Pictures AND avatars? What's the difference?

This makes me feel a bit alone. The list of who is viewing the topic constantly shows me being in solitary confinement here. ^_^

Ah, yes, and we have a winner. ^_^
I do agree with that sentiment, though; in fact, all board games are. Anybody here know Bridge?

That is true. The original forums looked awful until Lisa had this bright idea.

IS thanksgiving really something to be thankful for? Us arrogant whiny Europeans got sick and tired of each other, so we go cheat the land, liberty, and lives out of the indigenous peoples of the Americas. And we pious jerks go and legitimize it because it was "in the name of god." Through lies and deceit we steal away the continent from the Natives, eating up their crops, killing them, infecting them with diseases...
...explain me this; how is it a "happy holiday," again?

I hate Thanksgiving. Imagine celebrating a holiday built around food while yawning canyons of ulcers bloom in your intestines recreating Earth's most delicate geological states in your tender flesh? I'm talking Armageddon.

We really shouldn't devote a day to gorging our already overly obese bodies on unhealthy fattening foodstuffs. While I know that the meals can be made to be healthy, a lot of people don't go the extra mile to make it good for one's body.
And why do we buy up this food and hoard it all to ourselves if there are so many poor and starving people who need it? While I am in favor of population control, I'd rather have the existing population not be an unsightly mound of cellulite.

I was going to post a picture of a flower in ILB's new thread but all I could think was "severed plant genitalia." Truly, it is not a place for me and I will respect that old boundary "if you can't say anything nice, etc. etc."

Well, somewhere down the line all holidays get devoted to gorging ourselves. The only one I have heard of that does not (with the exception of some fasts), was recently introduced and as so has not yet been able to evolve to that point. ^_^
Oh, and thank you for being so understanding, Johnny. ^_^
