It's more confusion than it is negative. But I'd rather not make such a big deal out of it like I was in the first place.. I've just been a horrible person and not been keeping in touch with Tae. ;^;

At the risk of sounding like a broken record I'm sensing those negative feelings again. :x


Oh, and although merely a quick sketch, the art work was nice. The end was a little unsettling but I sure as hell didn't see it coming.

Macs are overpriced, run (typically) on outdated hardware, and give their users a false sense of security (virus, trojans and spyware are more common on this platform than people think). They also have zero upgrade potential, and have such a low supply of hardware that can be used with them that it's virtually impossible to build your own system without violating the OS X EULA.

My current system would run laps around the average Mac, and you could actually build a better one for about 800 USD. There would be no Mac equivalent for it, either.

We already had this fight and I won it

Building your own system is for nerds who are young and don't have valuable time or are old and don't value their time. Or those who actually enjoy solving computer problems. (Ugh. Those people will prefer Linux anyway.) Even if you have the time, the intangible and non-spec-based benefits of owning a Mac are worth the 10-30% higher price.

I wouldnt say building your own pc system is for nerds alone. Some people I know do that as a hobby. Some people just like to do it, and I see nothing wrong with that.
