In my desktop, the one I showed without icons or a toolbar--I made the settings like that. It looks like a wallpaper, but what I did was right-click on the desktop and then do "view -> [uncheck] show desktop icons." I also have "hide toolbar," so that it only shows if my cursor hovers over it. It's nicer than having all the clutter.

tl;dr I'm basically saying that even if he did have desktop icons, he could hide them.

I just don't like desktop icons. Start Menu + Quick Launch does it all.

And yes, I do normally hide my toolbar, I just bring it up for the screenshots.

Well, this picture is part of a theme but when I unplug my laptop it stays on one of the pictures and so I just use this one. lol
And yes, I'm an anime freak too :O

I also need to get rid of some of the desktop icons lol

I need a proper destop as well rather than use a wallpaper I found when downloading a CD lol

edit: I swear I don't even know what half of my desktop icons are :question:

Bonbon, download Malwarebytes and run a scan. That free screensaver icon makes me suspicious of spyware.
