I haven't really been wanting to upload my picture because it does sound like a bad idea like Starwatcher said, but honestly thinking about this, if I were to use a picture from something like Facebook which is already shared online, and choose one which is informal, not like Zaynman's one. Is there any harm at all that could possibly come from it?

Which is exactly why I used my FB picture. I don't think it'd really be a problem unless you have some enemies or something. The worst I can see anyone doing to pics is manipulating them in some way, but you'd really have to have time (and no sense of having a life) if you're going to put that much effort into trying to "ruin" someone.
