But Taeshi, isn't it kind of the poster's choice in a way? When a person posts a picture here, they are asking for some sort of feedback, usually positive. I would not put people at fault for commenting on a person's appearance if they clearly wanted the attention for it by posting here...

@Taeshi - Point taken, and I honestly wish I did agree with you. However, I guess I am a perfect example of someone who does the opposite of what you want to come out of here. As Suitcase stated, I am blatantly conceited, but what makes it worse is that I really cannot pick up on anything "bad" occurring when it is upon me, for in a sick way, I like negative compliments on my person. I guess for these reasons, I am a good candidate for someone that should steer clear of this thread, but for the same reasons I posted. And I assume after this confession, I will not be welcomed back to this topic due to my pompous attitude and the conflict I (unintentionally, mind you) caused.
I do owe you a thank you for defending me though. Even if we don't see eye to eye on the issue, I appreciate that you would say something in defense of the younger forumite that you know little to nothing about, other than that they are clearly a hipster due to the nature of their picture.

Fuck if I remember. Being a senior on drum line had the perk of being able to do whatever the hell you wanted to during class.
And in our case that usually involved things that didn't make much sense in retrospect.
