    The pics are mostly just fanservice, so yeah, if that's not your thing, then it makes sense.
    And I think it's random day of the week. I remember it being a Thursday, and another week being a Tuesday. I usually check at the end of the week just so I won't be disappointed.

    Oh, psh, those aren't that important anyway. Literally it just lists height, weight, waist and bust sizes.
    Anyway, it updates just about every week. Sometimes fewer days than that.
