Please let this one animation project still be alive in some form. I would love to help.
I'm not sure what I could do, but it looks like most of your problems come with animating and lack of animators and for a while you were looking for some one to do story boards for you.
While I don't know how to use the animation software, given some guidance I could probably learn it. I could also work on the storyboards for you.
P.S: If you need another voice actor i could help, but i am not personally confident in my own voice ability nor my microphone.
