    It basically means you have been deemed a horrible poster. The most common way to get it is through really, really shitty off-topic posts in Social Studies and/or Creative Arts, but if you're exceptionally bad you can get it in Recess. It forces you to posting only in Recess, 10 posts a day.
    You don't seem anywhere near this level of horrid though. It requires blatant stupidi...
