Exactly. Speaking from experience, I know that Canada has about 2 conventions near the Atlantic tops, and you're lucky if it is any further to the east than Ottawa. In the US, there are times where you can visit conventions monthly.
On that note, I would like to say that my jaw actually dropped when I read "Updates Every Weekday". Even now, I'm happy that BCB manages to get the pages out 3 times a week on a consistent basis, unlike some other comics.
And finally, best of luck in your planned move! Most of those conventions are too far from Nova Scotia to be do-able, but I can always hope for a miracle.
