In the case of the instant coffees the most of the brands are mostly burnt sugar . The coffee beans usually are roasted with sugar, the problem the most of the companies add TOO MUCH sugar and when the coffee is freeze-dry is impossible distinguish how much is coffee and how much is burn sugar. If you want a good coffee try to prefer the roasted coffee (with the beans clearly visible) over the instant coffee, or revise the Nutrition facts label too check the amount of carbohydrates.

Now in the case if the tea, I like the Impra brand and the white tea ^^.
