    HA, Skype chats are hardly ever casual, you just need TD or Mav and a good topic. Given that as you specified there are other avenues ie front page comments.

    The only web comic forum I've seen that is somewhat 'busy' is the "kat-box's" and that's not including the countless blowjob threads.
