Yes you did Lucy. You did have to save him. Because despite your flaws and insecurities, you really do care for your friends. And we love you for it.

She has a point. Both she and Mike have skewed perceptions on who owes who for what, but seriously. Mike is being a ******* for saying she tormented him for years, hitting him and whatnot. To that you can respond by MAKING HER GO AWAY. Obviously it didn’t bother him, he’s just looking for excuses. And now, so is Lucy.

I really hope some people aren’t just getting all of this about Lucy now. This was all very clearly outlined before. Lucy displays all the symptoms of someone who is emotionally damaged, not a sadistic sociopath. Maybe if Mike had taken her aside and explained how she was treating him was hurting him, she would of made an effort to control herself, but as far as we know he didn’t, he simply blew up at her one day. That’s not very reasonable, because from her point of view she either a) hadn’t been doing anything wrong or b) was vaguely aware she might of been a bit harsh, but didn’t know how to/have the incentive to fix it. A request from someone you care about does a lot to solve that. The only thing we have seen addressed was Lucy’s reluctance to get in a relationship with Mike during the period of time Sandy was not available, and can you blame her hesitance? She probably thought that was the ONLY reason — Sandy isn’t available, she can be the second banana. Her abandonment issues would make her afraid Mike would leave her the moment Sandy did show up. That’s not a situation that’s easy to deal with.
