Intermission comic because since I’m posting the chapters on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule now, I’d prefer it if the pages ended on certain days depending on timing. Best to have the better cliffhangers on a Friday! So I needed to wedge in a comic in between Wonderland and the upcoming chapter.

This comic has been sitting around for months and I only got around to inking and colouring it. Just another average school day, this was inspired by Azumanga Daioh and my own experiences since I always used to make wishes or give myself goals whenever I would cross roads that had that kind of white pattern. It was only when I saw the Azumanga Daioh comic that I thought “Wow, I’m not the only one!” I thought Daisy would be the type to encourage that kind of play, and Paulo absolutely eager to impress. Hope you enjoy!

This is hilarious !
and,BTW,I’m a HUGE “Azumanga daiho” fan !
iv always said it’s the only Japanese anime comedy iv ever seen that’s actually funny.
I saw “Lucky star” recently and thought to myself:
“This is a lot like azumanga, only minus the funny part.”

The thing about “Lucky Star” is that it’s geared towards Otaku’s, so you’d probably only understand the jokes if you knew the references. Other than that! Great opening. ^^ I’m so glad that I can actually read these again. That long wait you had us going on after the April Fools Comic was absolute torture.

I do love Azumanga Daioh, so I was like “This seems familiar”. Great choice on the “level of difficulty”, too. Only you, David. Only you. xD

Hell yeah, Azumanga Daioh is the best best of the best. Lucky Star can shove off for all I care, it’s like the most boring show ever.. then again I didn’t really watch all of it so maybe it got better. But from what I saw it was an ugly art style and dullsville.
