She does it by having stronger hamstring and lumbar spine muscles than abdominal muscles, causing her to suffer from lumbar hyperlordosis, aka swayback or monkey butt.
She needs to balance them out.
Never just train one group of muscles, their antagonists need training too, or your skeleton, which is subjected to your tendons and muscles will be pulled into all sorts of bad shapes.
Like your style though.
