Time for a glorious and deliciously-violent game of kickball! Lucy still has it in her. She’s always so much fun to draw.. especially since she always carries that semi-****** expression on her cute little face.

Tess’ head is huuueegg like XBox on panel fourteen.. I know I tend to draw the heads too big in the first place, but it just comes off as.. quite terrible in that panel. It’s all the hair! You created such a difficult character to draw, Lily!

I can’t draw shirts. And for those that don’t understand the scenes at the end, the boy threw the ball straight to Tess’ leg, causing it to bounce.. making it seem like a low kick so therefore Tess HAS to start running.. as well as Lucy to the second base. That’s why Lucy’s screaming for Tess to go.. it just creates a lot of awkward drama for her.. hence Paulo’s anger.

I find her competativeness completely adorable.

I’d be that first baseman if I were there.

But… you know… you can sort of see that flinching sort of behavior that’s indicative of regular abuse in Mike.

Sorta. Kinda. Keeping in mind the retcon “This was all abuse” thing.
