The blurred out Paulo hurts my eyes to be honest. If you wanted Paulo to stand out more, You should have a complimenting background colour instead of just matching the same colour. It's like putting an apple against a red background. It's hard to notice and you would have to strain your eyes to notice it. Having the light orange glow around him makes this even worse.
The text is bright white against light orange, with wispy lighter to white orange behind it and a white glow. That's like looking at the sun on a bright day. You have a giant ball of white light with a white glow around it on a blue backdrop of the sky.
I suggest you read up on Colour Theory before attempting another wallpaper. It will help a lot.

The Image of Paulo was pulled from one of the early pages of Carry Me, so that's why Taeshi is listed as an Artist.
I made the background and arranged it.
