What's this coloring technique? It looks a bit like watercolor. I'm trying to understand how to imitate watercolor edges (dark lines where color splashes meet) in PS, so that's important
I used the watercolour texture with the fringe effect in sai. You could probably recreate it in Photoshop with a custom texture effect and an adjusted stroke effect on a brush layer, although I'm not 100% sure how that'd look
