She's implying that Daisy is saying that Abbey's doodad is as long as the red line, and Mike's is as long as the Blue line, counting the length of the red line (so the actual distance between her fingers). And that Daisy is sad that she has to settle for Abbey's tiny wang instead of Mike's glorious shlong.
The joke is a narrative follow-up on Radial's idea. Gira156 is almost right about this. On Radial's image, Rachel is (I believe) talking about someone's size to Daisy. In this image, Daisy is somewhat embarrassed talking about the same issue and does not really put attention to the size she's communicating to Jasmine. The red mark is meant to represent the size Rachel originally portrayed, while the blue marks are Daisy's deviation from the original size.
My first comment is an allusion to how things can be blown out of proportion, but I really did enjoy Tae's interpretation of Daisy's "voice".
