OH GOD OH GOD UPDATE UPDATE I THINK I DIED

I really like this chapter! It’s really hard draw dream sequences without making them seem… I don’t know, fake I guess, but you really captured it here. Maybe not so much in how you drew it, but the flow of the comic. Like, from panel to panel you end up in a completely different place, or someone like Sandy comes out of nowhere, but it still flows naturally, like in a dream. A-Ah, anyway! I’m just rambling.

I really like the part about the color, because the first thing I thought was “HER EYES, IT’S LUCY’S EYES”. It being Sandy’s bow just hit me out of nowhere. Very well done. I’ve had dreams about a crush before, I can REALLY relate to this, having hopes brought up only to crash down. Lucy, I feel you bro ;o;

(I also love how Sandy basically pushed her back into reality with the water/border and stuff aauuuu I’ll stop now)

Argh I hope Mike gets his scarf out of his locker sometime soon, it’s all covered in blood and is bound to be gross by now.

soooo… it’s good.
it’s not a masterpiece like most of the summer vacation arc.
and the drawing in color is evened out by your inexperience with photoshop.
but,all n’ all it’s well written,
coherent and is a good set up for the next chapter,with a wonderful cliffhanger.

it’s disappointing having such a short and pretty “average” chapter,
having gotten used to your 50 page long dramathons, after such a long wait.
but,you can’t have everything you want i suppose.

also,i’m on vacation right now so i ended up reading it page by page as it uploaded.
so that might have cheapened the experience for me,i dunno.

and it’s a pity that you cant comment on peoples comments an this site.
ill miss having overly long debates with you about the chapters.

Ok I have a theory for the scarf!!! Is like the first Mike whit the blue one is Lucy’s Mike, is the Mike that liked her a lot and was always sweet, the Mike that hoped Lucy cared for him. The Mike whit the orange scarf is Sandy’s Mike, the Mike that gets mad at Lucy a lot and only thinks of Sandy, the Mike that thinks Lucy really doesn’t care aboute him. So dis dream kind would represent how Lucy had all she wants back then but now that she really WANTS it she doesn’t have it enymore, Because Mike’s point of view changed and so did hes feelings!!!

Now I wonder whats gona happen to Lucy

Since we’re analyzing that last trippy chapter, allow Dr. Solario, Psyche Doctor to explain:

Mike jumping off a cliff while urging Lucy to follow represents the deep commitment she needs to choose to either make or lose the man she loves.
Lucy’s blue dress symbolizes her desire to be accepted as a sweet, loving girl, instead of a psycho bitch.
Sandy appearing in Mike’s place represents the fact that she is the main obstacle between Lucy and Michael.
And the giant candycanes symbolise...uuhhh...Lucy’s love of giant candycanes. Or something. Yeah.

Also, why is it only when Lucy’s ribbon is removed that she looks naked? :3

The same reason you would think Porky Pig would be naked without his blue coat, or Bugs Bunny without his gloves, or Mike without his scarf most of the time. There may not be much being concealed in the first place, but it’s absence just seems abnormal, and that’s what you notice the most.

Good theroy, but I think your looking into it a bit to much. The cliff thing is from when Mike fell into that one valley (in the summer arc) and the whole water thing is from when Mike almost drowned. Both times that Lucy thought that Mike would/did die.

Also, Mike’s blue scarf is the same shade of blue as Lucy’s eyes, but also the smae colour as Sandy’s ribbon. (Yes I spell colour with a U because I am Canadian)

Mike’s scarf turned into the orange and yellow one that Tess gave him back when he explained to her why Lucy was the way she was. Can’t remember the chapter number or name, but whatever. It was right about the time he became the douche face we all know and hate today.

Panel 1 made me seriously think that there would be a yuri moment…But then Sandy drowns her, and I was even more shocked than I would’ve been otherwise. Sandy wouldn’t kill Lucy…right?
