The shape of the mouth makes it look a bit like lip-biting, like he's enjoying it. and the black eye is a bit off, too. Doesn't go well with the rest of the shading. (for his eye to be that dark, the left half of his face should be quite shaded, too). He also does have a big nose, but I'm guessing this is part of your style with the long fingers and stuff like that, too.
It's still a very nice drawing, and not a very usual style here in the booru. Kinda reminds me of some impressionist paintings (am i getting the right term here? might be confusing with something else).
If she's uncocious / dead, aybe her left arm should be hanging lower, shouldn't it?
On a different note, human Lucy can't fall on her feet.
You are right about the lip biting, I was trying to aim for clenched teeth, but I'm not really good at teeth or mouths in particular. For the eye, I'll try to lighten the shading of it a bit. I tried to fix that nose so many times that I gave up on that part XP. I've been working on hands for quite some time, haven't got the hang of it yet.
