i dunno, i guess i just felt like it. i was browing candybooru and decided to go in the hair_lucy tag since i really like her design. then i wanted to contribute! also to show my improvement from my last upload

i found a reference picture drawn by taeshi (if possible when making fanart i always try to find an official picture), drew it in paint tool sai, took the colors from the ref, and tried my hand at shading since im not the best, but it does look better than without, so woo!
