Oh snap, it was Paulo all this tiiiime. I’m sure it came as surprising to some, but expected for others considering how in the first comic, Lucy clearly had a thing for Paulo.. and in the old series, she held a huge crush.. so some influence from the old series is seeping onto the new one.. and I feel it’s fitting enough. It’s not out of place, I always intended for Lucy to find Paulo atleast attractive.. so yeah. Time for a flashback as expected!
Lucy’s whiskers are masters of disguise so that’s why they went and hid in the second panel *Kicked* And man is young Paulo adorable or what!
