I like the symbolism for the prom falling. Tess is forgetting all the trauma from when she was almost raped by Roger in freshman year to this year where she broke Paulo’s heart. Quite a long adventure she has had, no?

I’d like to know how Roger and Tess broke up, because I don’t think we ever got the details on that at all. Did he just get tired of her I guess? Left her to the dogs?
And school finally ends.. they proceeded through one day.. and come on, a finale of ninth grade wouldn’t be same without the gym teacher AT LEAST appearing once. All the drama pretty much happened in her class!
David looks terrible on panel four. I keep playing with his eyes.. either making them shine or completely dull or shaded in.. I need to just sit down and make one constant design for him and STICK WITH IT. He just looks a wee bit too plain there.. lopsided head or something.
Oh, that Tess. When are you not saying goodbye to Roger. Roger is with his girlfriend, by the way.. her name is Michelle. She was also the creation of Lily (http://www.blinkanjell01.deviantart.com).. who created everything regarding Tess.. her exes, everything. But that chapter is finally closed.. and Tess can now proceed to the next grade without worry of Roger possibly looming over her.
Sad Paulo makes David sad.
