Basically, for any time you’re reading the archives (not this front page or the info pages) you get served five pages at once, in a lower res format that’s about 5x more efficient. It basically means you can read the comic on an iPhone or similar device more easily. Though aside from two new drawings Taeshi made, it’s nothing to seek out for the hell of it. It’d be neat if you’re reading through the whole archive and want to catch up on more chapters while you’re out.

I like how you make the character’s decisions and feeling act real.
Like the Mike saying no to Lucy.
i was actually thinking that Mike woulda said yes, just like anyone else woulda done… in a comic.
But he stays loyal to Sandy even if they haven’t seen eachother in a long time. When you think about it, people probably would had done the same as Mike… unless they are “players.” hehe…
one Question tho: when will we ever see Mike finally being with Sandy? :o

…. i have read trough the entire archives
my opinion? its quite good, I love the art, the drawings, I don´t “get” some things like why do they wear clothes some times and some times not, and why is it considered offensive not to wear trunks wile at the beach, but normal to go to school naked.
its really weird and takes out of the world we are reading, I mean, in context it looks like animals trying to imitate wich doesn´t make sense because there are no humans in that universe, other than that, its amazing.
oh, one more thing, I don´t know what the author is getting at with all this drama, I usually don´t like this kind of storyes, but I am liking it so far, the thing is that, the more time goes by, the more hard it is to make unpredictable plots, and I´m dreading the day when there are going to be “evil twins” and stuff like that… but so far so good, keep up the good work (the jerk being a good friend??, the love interest a jerk??)

Everything’s rolling smoothly and the effects on the site are nice. When I check the comic in the morning with my iTOUCH, we’ll see how that comes to play in on Wednesday.

The artwork on this page is fantastic; I love the yellow color-it gets me really excited for the next pages in this chapter! For some reason this shade just reminds me of school time, haha. The details and format are really nice on this page, too.
I think some people’s idea on the Final Draft being a play is a good idea, that’s about all I got. That or maybe just a paper she is extremely proud of.
LOL McCain~ Sue’s hair does seem longer to me than usual.

For those who were hesitating, I just fixed the RSS feeds to have the correct publishing dates. From now on it should work wonderfully (except in Google Reader which is confused about the Confrontation chapter, but new pages will appear as they should, with dates set right at the time they appear on the site.)

In a nutshell, ❚❚❚❚❚❚’s dad was involved with a gang, her best friend and lover protected her as she escapes and she walks to some far away place with a scar on her arm and her lover (and maybe her family) dead.
Her creator wanted ❚❚❚❚❚❚ out cause she’s just a fan character in BCB, but also to follow the story.
(you can see ❚❚❚❚❚❚’s scar during the plane ride before David gets Lucy to hit her)
So yeah, posted so ou guys won’t bother her with the plot. (I don’t know too much about detail, but assume she lives at a temple far away to recover her now damaged mind)

For the record, I took pains to make sure McCain’s backstory is as ordinary and drama-free as possible. I.E. he doesn’t really even have one. Really anything that happens with him is Taeshi’s decision now!

It got decided when I was requested to stop using her, it would defeat the purpose to draw a comic solely based on her saying goodbye. In my eyes, she hasn’t left. The spotlight just won’t be on her so she’s still completing school like normal.
No offense but deep down her personality was used as jokes, so umm sorry but I won’t be making a comic about her :-[ as if David would even pay attention if she confessed her love or something, her crush is like a tragic comedy.

Ahh the aroma of led is coming back in a good way, I remember my first essay like my first love. 
Once again, posting without Taeshi makes things hard when I have to come up with a page description! Instead, I’ll use this post to quickly explain WHAT TOOK SO LONG
The site is now running on a new server, one of Joyent’s new Solaris things. So it should be faster and nicer! More importantly, I took this opportunity to add a few things to the site. You’ll notice that your comments are automatically converted into proper punctuation (smart quotes), that badly written tags aren’t going to break the layout anymore, and that links are automatically linkified. Also, once we get more than 15 comments, some will be hidden so the page loads faster and is easier to catch up on—but don’t be discouraged from commenting, the last five comments are always visible and an Expand button makes everything appear instantly! You’ll also notice there’s a voting link section for you to patronise. Try it out! If you wonderful people can click daily, perhaps we’ll get a lot of hits out of it.. so in exchange, we’ll start posting incentive sketches on the Top Webcomics site. Besides all this, there’s a special iPhone (and other similar touchscreen device) version of the site only visible from such devices, please check it out. It’s a good way to catch up on chapters in the archive, as it loads a bunch of pages at once. Beside all this, there have been a few minor tweaks to pages in the archive, though nothing of consequence.
