This was my favorite part of dead space 2, where you couldn't bear to watch this happen, but at the same time didn't want to look away from the suspense of the moment (that and you'd die pretty horribly)

Shit, I looked up the video and found the WORST ONE POSSIBLE.

Christ, he gets it wrong twice and I watch Clarke scream and twist with that needle all the way innnwauuuhjibbliejibbliejibblie

God this was on of the best and creepiest bits of Dead Space 2. I ended up killing Issac twice before I figured out it had to go through the cornea of his eye and even then, getting it right it was almost as creepy and horrifying as the death scene.
