That is a combination of the photo of a random real street, with people removed and a couple of other alterations made, lights added, etc, and the sky and tall buildings were painted, some of them being the same as the ones I saw from one of my windows in the past.
But I mostly concentrated on the Aug there...
ps it's weird how so many people liked this one, i mean, i would never call it one of my best though i gotta admit, the atmosphere turned out great
