I just am kinda tired of many things, and following BCB (as well as others outside) is not helping me, so I decided to drop those things, and unfortunately BCB is one of them. I don't feeel very comfortable with the way the story is going, and also I am just a minority with my stupid opinions and views on the events and characters of the story. Lastly, you have all the rights to dislike a character, or defend them. But I won't change my mind with a certain cat. I really tried, and I was actually happy this character seemed to grow, but the more I reread, the more... I felt like nothing truly changed. Is just a personal perception tho. Strongly agreed that this is a really strange and inappropriate use of the meme. This meme is supposed to be for fun and sharing our thoughts as fans, not dramatically airing your personal grievances in a 'goodbye forever' speech. Really uncomfortable to see and read tbh.

honestly this wouldn't be so weird if this wasn't about an indie webcomic? the fandom isn't inescapable by any means. like yeah, there are definitely some unfortunate sentiments about the characters and their actions in the general fan base. but it seems strange to actively participate in the fan base when it hinders your enjoyment of the work itself so much. and then using a site specifically for fan works to air out your grievances as if it's a forum instead of sharing these thoughts on a personal twitter/tumblr or even on the BCB discord? idk this is just... /awkward/. wishing you well fwiw
