If you want me to critique, I think the shading looks a bit aimless. I can't really pick out a light source from it, and it just seems to be shaded with a slightly darker version than the main colour used.. like a darker blue against blue. You could practice with colour schemes to accentuate the mood, like her skin can she shaded with purples or stuff like that to make it look really dark.
I don't know how to explain since this is a struggle I most definitely have :-[
