Awww this is adorable, you've got a really nice approach with the colors and lineart! I adore the pixel-y style <3
As for the quality, it may be because you saved the file as jpeg!
Perhaps in the future, you should try saving it as a png file, since that will give you the highest quality of any piece you make.
On an unrelated note I hope to see more of your style, it has a lot of potential! ^u^
