If you're at all shocked by this, I would like to clear up a few things. This is my personal headcanon. I believe that Lucy has aspergers... as someone WITH aspergers, I notice a lot of the symptoms in her. Lucy is extremely sensitive, but she's learning to block it out unless it's someone who really matters to her. This is why Mike could evoke such reactions from her when they were friends. Lucy also doesn't quite fit in with everyone else, always accepted but never quite belonging. She doesn't know how to act and can only gauge herself on other people's reactions. She doesn't know how far she's gone until someone freaks out, and then she's scrambling to pick up the pieces or just let it shatter.
Lucy isn't tsundere, she's autistic. And there is nothing wrong with that.
