We got the scanner and spent a day rescanning and colour-correcting the chapter. It’s less vivid than before, but hey — this is how watercolours work.

So Lily seems to know about Lucy’s current problems but Yashy and Chirpy are oblivious to it. That should be interesting to see unfold in the next few pages depending on how Paulo first reacts to Lucy’s state.
It’s good to know Lily is always able to be a caretaker for Lucy even if she is ironically her pet.
Everyone can always count on Lily to know what’s up.

For once, I am very grateful for Yashy’s existence! Honestly, I have no clue what’s in that room.. he looks kinda annoyed looking into it, but maybe that’s without a reaction. Maybe she’s sitting there with her brother, or mother, or maybe it’s not Lucy at all(Because if it actually WAS Lucy, that’d be way too obvious). If it is, I just hope she’s not angsting in darkness, we already went through THAT arc I really like Paulo’s expression in panel 8, the eyes look great!

Whatever Paulo is seeing, doesn’t seem to be good at all. Is it Lucy curled in a ball in her dark room? Or is she sleeping? Or does she just have a depressed look on her face completed with a hunched appearance? Or is Lucy simply not there and he found something else? OH, I can’t wait until Friday, I want to know what’s he’s seeing.
