@kinroth they both had feelings for each other at one point. Lucy was too damn shy and dumb to admit them so she pushed mike away but she always liked him + they were always there for one another i feel like Sandy just got in the way and sabotaged everything (i hate sandy lmao) but again this is just my opinion.
