I know a lot of fans don't like this girl, but I seriously don't see what's so bad about her. oO I mean, I know she has Mike and she's kinda low on my favourite characters list but that's mainly because I don't really know much about her personality except that she's always so sweet and perfect. =A= she needs some noticeable flaws for me to really like her. so..tada. perspective needs work. @3@

Well, it's mostly because Sandy comes off to me as too sweet and innocent, as you said. Or I dunno. I still don't know much about her despite all this time, so it's hard to say. I'd probably like her more if she had more appearances. (And I hope she does, now that Mike has his fancy lil' phone!)
Anyway, it looks great. Your inking detail in this piece is very cleanly done.
