I work at a McDonalds, and believe me customers will have a go at you for less than that! I got called a “stupid B*tch” just yesterday because we ran out of milk bottles.
I think Paulo might be the type of person who struggles in school, but is much happier while actually working and earning money - Maybe he feels school is pointless because he can’t see the benefit right away, but coming from a poor family he is very eager to have the chance to actually earn and be employed.

That customer is actually in the wrong here. Instead of saying “a bunch of ketchup packets”, how about saying how many you want like 5 or 6…
On a different note, it’s quite interesting to see how mature Paulo is at this job. I’m hoping this works out for him and doesn’t end in some bad twisted way like I think it might….
