*Daisy, Paulo and David watch Mike and Lucy’s meltdown. Daisy pokes her fingers together.*
Daisy: We were looking for you guys..
*David grins as Paulo watches dispassionately.*
David: Hey, let me join!

*Lucy collapses face-first to the ground, her head in her hands.*
Lucy: Schooool!!
*Mike falls backward as an arrow pierces his forehead.*
Mike: School!!
*David runs and flails, foam spraying out of his mouth.*
David: SCHOOL!!
*Daisy looks on from a distance.*
Daisy: You all done yet?

*Mike bolts up and smiles at Daisy.*
Mike: Oh, hi, Daisy!
*Lucy frowns as she gets up, a slight blush on her cheeks.*
Lucy: How long have you two been there?

*Paulo smirks as he crosses his arms.*
Paulo: Long enough to identify my first freshman crush~ ♥
*David angrily scowls at Paulo.*
David: School!

*Lucy kicks Paulo in the face. Blood sprays from his nose. David looks blankly in Lucy’s direction.*
David: I think she knows you from somewhere.

*Daisy frets.*
Daisy: Guys, quit fooling around! We need to get our schedules!
*Paulo quickly recovers and pouts his lips.*
Paulo: But I like fooling around..

David: In more ways than one, amirite?
*David and Paulo grin widely as they high five.*
Paulo: Haha YES!
*Lucy glares.*
Lucy: I hate you all.

[Caption: Anyway..]
*The high school looms in the distance.*
Mike: So this is it..
Mike: Roseville High School..

*Daisy, Mike, Lucy and Paulo gaze up at the school building. Daisy clasps her hands in excitement while Paulo frowns. Lucy and Mike have blank looks on their faces.*
Daisy: Oh my~! ♥
*David grumpily slouches forward.*
David: Looks like the last one.

*Daisy turns to the group.*
Daisy: C’mon, let’s go!
Daisy: Our next adventure is about to begin!

*Daisy sprints off towards the school while Lucy dejectedly watches her.*
Lucy: She is way too enthusiastic about this. Somebody kill her.
*Yashy pops up.*
Yashy: I’ll do it!

*Mike examines his schedule.*
Mike: She’s right about the schedules, though.. We’ve got all-new teachers and classes to figure out..

*Lucy looks over her own schedule.*
Lucy: Hmm.. at least we share the same homeroom again.
*Mike smiles sweetly.*
Mike: Aww, that’s really nice!

*Paulo smirks and presses his finger on Lucy’s cheek, she frowns.*
Paulo: So do I!

*Daisy smiles brightly as Paulo is launched into the air in the background.*
Daisy: Hey, me too!

*David beams as he raises a finger.*
David: And me too!

*Mike puts his hands on his hips and makes an exasperated smile.*
Mike: Wow.. so we’re ALL together for homeroom, every day?
Mike: That’s great!

*Mike frowns.*
Mike: And a little predictable.

Veronica: SCHOOL…

Daisy is the only one genuinely excited about starting a new year. Something’s wrong with her!!!!!

Unlike these kids, my schedule often separated me from my friends. There were a few years in high school I had lunch where I didn’t know ANYONE. Miserable times! (Imagine being social enough to make new friends. Couldn’t be me!)

At least these guys get to enjoy time with each another.. though you gotta wonder how much better they’d be if they were separated sometimes.
