the colors are perfect & communicate so much, the lines are so soft yet portray so much emotion?? your expressions are fantastic

and i LOVE that you added the blood and the thousand-yard-stare to lucy, it really hits just how shortsighted mike is being with that one line (& his whole outlook on the situation rly)

basically ur art is... to die for.. and i love it when you do more serious pieces like this

@comfit: THANK YOU.. my line choice is always rough and traditional-styled, i can't ink nicely with perfect digital brushes to save my life haha. i'm glad you like my expressions, recently i've been unsure about those!
and yes, i just... don't think mike really *sees* what lucy went through, like how she almost killed herself, how ugly and hurtful and disgusting and sad and painful it was, how SUICIDE is, and i think he really just needed to have been there lmfao to get the idea, idk. he's just so obsessed with sandy that he can't see things for how serious / bad they are i suppose..
and thank you again! i'd like doing serious stuff too! it's fun, i just hardly ever finish them as compared to my more fluffier drawings so the latter is what always gets posted LOL
