A saddening end to a particularly saddening arc. Hey, there is a little ray of hope with the bonsai tree, but it’s still quite unfortunate how things end up, huh? On a more lighthearted note, I actually have a “LOL SONIC POSTER” like the one in panel one.. it was done by Souppy in regards to an oekaki I did long ago that had a stick figure Sonic in the background saying “Yet another Sonic poster”.. Mike holds a similar version of it in his room.
The last panel is meant to be a close-up of the bonsai tree.. Sandy actually has little custom-made figurines of herself and Mike hanging out under the tree. Enjoy your symbolism. And that’s the end of that chapter! Tune in for High School!
