*She watches it leave, frowning.*

*Her expression shifts to an angry scowl.*

*Lucy clenches her fist and yells.*
Lucy: Screw it, then!

*Lucy walks away with her arms crossed.*
Lucy: Asshole.

*Augustus sits on the bus, staring at his feet.*

*Augustus looks back at her, concerned.*

*The bus drives away from Lucy, who begins her walk home.*

Author commentary

Oliver: It’s kind of hard to write commentary when you want the comic to speak for itself. I hope it sets something up nicely! If you know these characters well enough, you’ll understand what’s going on here.

Time for the lonely trip home.. both of you!
