I feel sad for abbey, i too have anger issues, it's damn hard to keep calm, and a bigger sacrifice to do not resort to violence. I already have psychological treatment, its hard. Do not hate him for this, hate him if he do nothing to get better.

What if Abbey did punch Augustus during the Daisy arc?
It's a small defeat for a big victory with Daisy.
She is definately gonna react with pity towards Augustus and anger towards Abbey.

Due to how he messed with Abbey's head and made fun of him, (http://www.bittersweetcandybowl.com/c40/p20.html) Daisy also slapped him. A what-if would most likely entail them not having had the fight in the first place.
^ Buddies and "stuck interacting with" are two different things. "Another Chance" made it clear Augustus would rather have little to do with Alejandro and his group. Let's stick to details with backing, here. His mentioning Al's girlfriend is the only hint they might be anywhere near close. We'll probably just need to read more and see where that goes.
I wish I could read another chance, but I don't have the money to get a BCI membership and get access to all the incentive comics.
Oh well. As far as the picture goes, I feel so bad for Augustus. I actually used to despise him, because at the time I was first reading the chapters where he plays a big role, I was taking everything he did all the wrong way. Upon re-reading some of those chapters and the more recent ones, I realized that he wasn't all bad. That's why he's one of my favorite characters now.
