So just as I had said before- Mike is really just now finally noticing how painful and deep he cut Lucy ❤️‍🩹 I think he is realizing just how much he has negatively impacted Lucy’s life, and probably feeling how much felt before. I hope he possibly tries to own up to his part in this and maybe try to fix things.

Ughhh, reminds me of when I was in my toxic relationship. No matter what anyone else said, I had constantly reminded myself I chose this path, I chose to suffer through this cause of love… but realized sometime in just how much damage I did to the people who genuinely cared about me. I was lucky and was able to repair a lot of my relationships, but Mike is only at the start of that… realizing how love blind he was and now is living the consequences of that.. even if only just realizing it.

You brought it on yourself buddy. Honestly Lucy, just don’t get yourself involved. Character favouritism aside (still love Augustus), Mike should go to a therapy as well (as many teens should). It would be nice if someone could direct him to that, just not Lucy, please. Just let the girl be. Maybe in a year or two she can forgive him… and they might be friends again.
