I always assumed it was Alejandro considering it’s the same alleyway as “Confrontation,” but I know some have also mentioned the possibility it’s Mike, which is also a fair guess.

While I strongly believe that the four shadows following Lucy is Mike, Sue, Daisy, and Paulo given her reactions to them in the Seeing Stars chapter, but a fun theory I like to think about is that the four shadows could also be herself. Each shadow would represent the traumas Lucy has faced. Like Lucy would look half drowned, one beaten up by Alejandro, maybe one in her blue play dress since that was the night she attempted, and the fourth one a December Lucy or even an Eternal Flame red coat Lucy. idk Its just fun to think about, for Lucy to face and confronted by herself like that.
