*Lily gazes off into the distance, smiling.*
Lily: Everybody gone, halfway across the country for the whole start of summer vacation.. .. even him.
*Lucy stares at Lily, horrified.*
*Lily smiles sweetly.*
*Lucy looks away, blushing in embarrassment and panic.*
*Tess groans, dizzy and nauseated. She puts a hand to her ear.*
Tess: Ughh..
*Mike runs up to Tess, clasping his hands together at his chest and looking at her pleadingly.*
Mike: Can I borrow your cell phone?
*Tess flinches and glances over her shoulder at Mike, looking sour.*
Tess: ?!
*Mike beams brightly.*
Mike: I gotta call Sandy and schedule it!
*Lucy watches, still tied up as Tess gingerly hands Mike her phone and runs away. Mike takes the phone, smiling happily.*
*Lucy stares at Mike, blushing. Her ears are down.*
*Lily smiles sweetly.*
Lily: Of course, if you changed your mind, you could have a pleasant trip with everyone else.
Lily: Are you really sure you wanna say no to that?
*Lucy frowns, looking down. Her ears are folded back.*
*Lucy glares at Lily, leaning forward.*
Lucy: IT’S NOT THE SAME!!
*Lucy glances at Mike out of the corner of her eye. Mike grins in excitement as he enters a number into Tess’ phone.*
