@Naoki to answer your question: not always. studying abroad only broadens your horizons, strengthens your memories, and potentially, gives you unique experiences you can share with other people. some of the finest doctors on the planet are trained outside of the US, I know England has some of the best medschools on the planet.
I did my studying abroad in Iraq (combat medic) so I can tell you it’s an amazing experience that isn’t for everyone. wouldn’t trade it for anything really.
